Parking is free but is very limited at the Georgia Internation Convention Center. Overflow free parking and shuttle buses will be available as needed at the Park 'N Ticket adjacent to the Convention Center. We strongly encourage the use of shuttle buses from parishes and from the hotel.

Please note: Parking in this overflow lot is FREE only if you tell them you are attending the Archdiocese of Atlanta Eucharistic Congress. Parking here also includes a free shuttle to and from off-site parking lot to the GICC.

Use Alternate Routes to Avoid Downtown Connector Resurfacing

When traveling to the Congress please be aware of the Department of Transportation's weekend road resurfacing project in downtown Atlanta. Motorists traveling from north of the city may consider using I-285 to get to the Georgia International Convention Center.

Directions

From I-285 North (Cobb County, Marietta, Smyrna, Cumberland)

  1. I-285 South to Camp Creek Parkway (exit #2).

  2. Turn left onto Camp Creek Parkway and travel approximately 2.6 miles and through 7 traffic lights.

  3. At the 8th traffic light, turn right into the Gateway Center.

  4. The Georgia International Convention Center will be on the right.

From I-285 South/East and I-20 (Tucker, Stone Mountain, Conyers, Augusta, Columbia)

  1. I-285 South to I-85 N Atlanta Airport/Atlanta (exit #61).

  2. Follow the signs to I-85 North/Atlanta.

  3. I-85 N to Camp Creek Parkway (exit #72).

  4. Once on Camp Creek Parkway, at the first traffic light, turn left into the Gateway Center.

  5. The Georgia International Convention Center will be on the right.

Via I-85 South (From Downtown Atlanta & North Atlanta)

  1. I-85 South to Camp Creek Parkway (exit #72).

  2. Follow the signs for Camp Creek Parkway.

  3. Once on Camp Creek Parkway, at the first traffic light, turn left into the Gateway Center.

  4. The Georgia International Convention Center will be on the right.

From I-20 West (Six Flags, Birmingham)

  1. I-20 East to I-285 South.

  2. Exit Camp Creek Parkway (exit #2).

  3. Turn left onto Camp Creek Parkway and travel approximately 2.6 miles and through 7 traffic lights.

  4. At the 8th traffic light, turn right into the Gateway Center.

  5. The Georgia International Convention Center will be on the right.

From I-85 South (Newnan, LaGrange, Columbus, Montgomery)

  1. I-85 N to Camp Creek Parkway (exit #72).

  2. Once on Camp Creek Parkway, at the first traffic light, turn left into the Gateway Center.

  3. The Georgia International Convention Center will be on the right.

From I-75 South (Macon)

  1. I-75 North to I-285 West.

  2. I-285 West to I-85 North/Atlanta Airport/Atlanta (exit #61).

  3. Follow the signs to I-85 North/Atlanta.

  4. I-85 N to Camp Creek Parkway (exit #72).

  5. Once on Camp Creek Parkway, at the first traffic light, turn left into the Gateway Center.

  6. The Georgia International Convention Center will be on the right.
